Home CBAB Ticker

Welcome to the CBAB Stock Ticker. While this ticker is not a true indication of a teams value or position on the ladder it does show their value on the 'CBAB Stock Market'. While wins and losses are likely to affect index ratings so are other variables and scenarios such as injuries, signings, firings, number of read heads.. just about anything really.

What do the ratings mean? Basically, the higher the teams rating is, the hotter they are on the CBAB market.

Adelaide 36ers: 50 (-2) Investors like the 36ers at home, problem is they are only there half the time. Solid win at home, dismal win away this round

Gold Coast Blaze: 39 (-) Despite this rounds loss the Blaze stayed level. Investors seem to like the 20 point comeback against the fancied Wildcats

New Zealand Breakers: 55 (-7) Spanked by Townsville this week, not a performance worthy of owning top spot. Investors aren't entirely confident to bank on the Breakers just yet

Townsville Crocs: 42 (+5) A very up and down team. With the win against the top of the table Breakers and the signing of Rosell Ellis the Crocs probably deserved better than this slight increase

Wollongong Hawks: 68 (-7) With three losses ont he trot the punters aren't keen to invest in the blue collar team at the moment.

Sydney Kings: 16 (-4) With Thirteen looses in a row Sydney are running out of stock to lose. Expect a huge jump when the Kings finally get another win.

Cairns Taipans: 95 (+2) Was only a win over Sydney, not much of an increase.

Melbourne Tigers: 38 ( +4) If the Tigers have finally found their way expect their CBAB index stock to rise.

Perth Wildcats: 84 (+6) With two road wins this round punters bought in on the Cats.
